Currently working as a quality assurance member at Synergy Global Sourcing, Responsible for Inspection of supplier and incoming parts, First Article Report for supplier audit and New Product Development, and prepare quality plans for supplier and New Product Development. Completed Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Ashok Leyland Unit-1, Hosur. Responsible Executive for production line of a camshaft, Timing Gears, and Flywheel of H-Series engines. Improved the line efficiency with Kaizens and Poke Yoke by increasing CBN grinding wheel life span, reduce oil gallery offset of a camshaft and reduce the tool cost in the gear line.
